SmartWall
Systems is a wall system made with high performance lightweight concrete
masonry units Because of this, SmartWall Systems outperforms other wall systems: • Installation Efficiency. This lighter weight makes SmartWall mason friendly, increases productivity, lowers construction costs and reduces injuries. • Structural Performance. Stronger, lighter units make walls more structurally efficient and improve seismic performance of the building. SmartWall walls have low shrinkage and high strain capacity, yet are 30 - 40% lighter than standard concrete masonry units. SmartWall strength is specified at 2500 psi minimum, exceeding the ASTM C 90 minimum by 600 psi. • Noise Control. SmartWall has 50% higher sound absorption than other concrete masonry units and the reliable sound transmission that only a masonry wall can provide. • Fire Resistance & Durability. ESCS is insulative and thermally stable, making a SmartWall firewall as close to 100.0% reliable as will ever be achieved.
• Life
Cycle Energy Savings.
SmartWall combines high R-values with thermal mass and low thermal bridging
for significant life-cycle energy savings that
will often more than pay for the concrete masonry unit itself. These benefits support obvious Answers:
