Project Description

Pluralsight, a Utah based enterprise technology learning company, relocated to its new global headquarters on 40 acres of untouched land off the 146th South in Draper, UT in 2021. The company has more than 800 employees. Within the next seven years, Pluralsight plans to add 2,400 more employees. The 700-foot-long headquarters building features 350,000 SF of office space, sloping from four to five stories. The master planned campus is designed to enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding Wasatch and Oquirrh mountains as the site adds its future buildings.

The structure’s design responds to reinforce the culture via interconnected stairwells, expansive meeting areas and a hub that will foster a feeling of connectivity and collaboration. The footprint blends to glide along the edge of the site as the exterior roofline slopes from four to five stories, complementing the hillside that rises beyond site. Amenities of phase one feature a full-service café, medical clinic, fitness center and a bike room.
