  The combination of prefabrication in the works and workmanlike execution on the spot is characteristic of a garage system of precast pumice units. An advantage of this system is the possibility of flexible adaptation to the local conditions, which also includes the access. The garages are fabricated exactly according to order and are installed on the spot. The garage manufacturers undertake to furnish everything which is necessary for the execution of the construction work, including all required building documents and the static calculations.
