  Common criticism of tilt-up concrete construction is that it cannot be used during the winter. We devised a method where not only were we able to cast tilt-up members during the winter but were able to cast them without increasing our costs. The portable winter shelters we have constructed are lightweight, durable, easy to heat, and allow tilt-up panels to be cast during even the worst weather.
